Cookies and storage
This operational draft describes current browser storage and planned production Google Analytics settings for Emladris AI Private Limited. It is pending qualified legal review and is not legal approval or a compliance certification.
Your choice
Optional analytics is off by default. Public pages create no Google Analytics dataLayer, gtag, script request, analytics request, cookie, or cookieless consent ping before consent. Accept optional cookies and Reject optional cookies remain equally available, with Manage preferences and a persistent Cookie settings control.
emladris:analytics-consent:v1 is a first-party localStorage record containing version, the Boolean analytics choice, decidedAt, and expiresAt. It remembers the choice for six calendar months. Invalid, malformed, wrong-version, and expired records are removed. If storage is blocked or unavailable, the choice lasts only for the current page session and never defaults to accepted.
Google Analytics identifiers and cookies
Production identifiers supplied by Emladris are Measurement ID G-G5NXBQCWNC and Property ID 552192353. They identify the public analytics stream and property; neither is a password or credential.
After acceptance, Google Analytics may set first-party _ga to distinguish visitors and _ga_G5NXBQCWNC to retain session state. Emladris configures a maximum lifetime of 390 days. Browser privacy rules can shorten that period; users may also delete cookies sooner. Withdrawal removes known Emladris GA names matching _ga, _gid, _gat, _ga_*, and _gac_* for the current host and, where applicable, .emladris.com. Unrelated cookies and storage are preserved.
Analytics events and data
Google may derive automatically collected session_start, first_visit, and user_engagement events after consent. Required production Enhanced Measurement settings are: scroll, outbound click, and file_download enabled; browser-history page views, site search, and form interactions disabled. Emladris sends sanitized page_view events explicitly when a public pathname changes. GA Admin settings are not yet confirmed and production must not proceed until an operator records evidence.
Emladris custom events and allowed parameters are:
cta_click:page_path,action,placement.product_outbound_click:page_path,product_id,placement.faq_toggle:page_path,faq_id,expanded.contact_form_validated:page_path,placement. This records local validation, not message delivery or a business conversion.blog_article_view:page_path,article_slug.
URLs are reduced to origin and pathname. Queries and fragments are discarded. Emladris does not intentionally send form values, names, email addresses, search text, free text, account identity, dashboard activity, access or refresh tokens, invite tokens, customer data, post-author details, or arbitrary referrer queries.
Required GA Admin settings
Production requires no Google Ads links, Google Signals off, advertising personalization off, no User-ID or remarketing, event-data retention of 14 months with reset-on-new-activity off, six event-scoped custom dimensions for action, placement, product_id, faq_id, expanded, and article_slug, and no key events. These are required handover settings, not confirmed current GA Admin state. Aggregate and derived reports may outlive individual event-level retention; legal and operator review must confirm actual Google controls.
Other browser storage and requests
emladris_dashboard_session and emladris_dashboard_refresh are necessary dashboard sessionStorage entries. They support requested sign-in, clear on logout or tab close, and are never public analytics data. Public contact values are submitted to the same-origin API and delivered by email, but are not stored in the application database.
Cloudflare Turnstile loads with the public contact form and may use necessary browser storage and network requests to detect abuse. This security processing is separate from optional analytics consent. Website assets and available blog data use same-origin paths. External product sites load only after activation. The excluded private dashboard may load Google Identity Services when sign-in is requested; its account flow is not public analytics.
Google and international processing
After consent, Google receives analytics data as Emladris's analytics service provider. Google may process data internationally. Contracting entity, processor-role allocation, transfer mechanism, and safeguards require qualified review for actual visitor markets before production.
See Google's Privacy Policy, Google Analytics data safeguards, and GA4 cookie information. See Emladris's Privacy Policy for broader processing disclosures.
Change or withdraw your choice
Cookie settings can reject optional analytics at any time. Withdrawal immediately blocks future Emladris analytics sends and removes only known GA cookies accessible to this site. It cannot recall requests already sent, remove data already held by Google, or reverse aggregate reports already produced.
